1) Prices, Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian Dollars

1a) Pricing Disclaimer:   Some product’s descriptions may have prices alongside the bottle’s dosage.  Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown alongside the description versus the price shown at the container, the current posted price for the product shown at the container will prevail over the prices at the descriptions.

Also, should there be a price discrepancy between the website’s prices under “Products” and the printed In-Store PDF Catalogue, the prices on the Catalogue will prevail.

2) Shipping: Shipping Charges are dependent on weight. Packages sent within the Greater Vancouver region will be charged $10.00 CAD; within Canada will be charged $15.00 CAD; within the Continental United States – $20.00 CAD and for international destinations or any orders above 1 kg of total order weight, please contact us for the shipping quote.

All shipments will be sent by Canada Regular Post, unless Canada Express Shipping is requested, for which we will provide the customer with the special postal rates. Shipping will normally take 6 to 10 business days. During peak or holiday seasons orders may take up to 15 days. Once your orders have been processed the products will be shipped within 2 business days and a notification will be sent to you by email. International shipping charges may not include any home-nation tariffs or taxes. All additional charges and custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments sent outside Canada will be exempt from provincial and national taxes.

3) Restocking: A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned products. No refunds will be possible on orders of less than $ 50 Cdn.  Prescription medications are not applicable to restocking.

4) Canada Health Regulations: Due to Health Canada regulations, we only accept unopened bottles and bags for a full refund, within 21 days of invoice date. Customers will be responsible for the return-shipping fees. If you find the shipment is defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately by email.
