Q: Do you carry … ?

A: We are known for our large selection of natural health products and skin care products.  Please see our full product catalog. We are constantly updating our online catalog with products featured in our retail store.  Feel free to contact us with any product inquiries you may have and we will assist you with what you are looking for in-stock or any similar items available.


Q:  Can I call in orders?  What is your phone number?

A:  Yes, we gladly accept phone orders.  Our toll-free number is 1-877-312-8822 and a Kripps Pharmacy staff member will be happy to assist you.  If they are unavailable, you can leave us a message and someone will return your call as soon as possible.


Q:  Do you have a retail location?

A:  Yes.  Kripps Pharmacy operates at 5413 West Boulevard, Vancouver, BC.  We welcome you to visit our store where our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help you discover new ways to enrich the quality of your health.  Please refer to our home page for more details including our store hours.


Q:  Do you sell prescription drugs?

A:  Yes, please visit Canada Global Drugs.  We only sell products that are approved by the College of Pharmacists of BC (we do not sell narcotics or controlled substances). If you have questions about any over-the-counter medications at Kripps Pharmacy, you can speak to our pharmacist by calling us toll-free at 1-877-312-8822.


Q:  Can a pharmacist diagnose my medical condition?

A:   No, you must see a doctor to diagnose a medical condition.  However, we can certainly assist and offer advice on all of our products.


Q:  Will your natural health products contradict with my current prescriptions/medications?

A:  Our licensed pharmacists are familiar with the contraindications of our products.  We can also provide warnings with any interactions between our natural health products and prescription medications.

Q:  How long does it take for my natural health products to arrive at my door?

A:  After we receive your order, it will take approximately 2 business days to process.   Shipping time will depend on the destination.


Q:  Is my order subject to tax?

A:  All orders in Canada will be subject to GST or HST (depending on your province).  Orders outside of Canada will not be charged taxes, but you may be subject to duties or taxes upon entry into your country.  We are not responsible for any additional fees you may incur through customs.


Q:  What will my order come to in US dollars?

A:  All orders are billed in Canadian dollars.  Your payment system will automatically handle the conversion based on their current exchange rate.


Q:  Can my order be cancelled?

A:  Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled with notification through e-mail or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-312-8822.  Orders that have already been shipped unfortunately cannot be canceled.


Q:  Can my purchase be returned?

A:  Yes, we will accept returns for our natural health products under certain conditions.  There are no returns on prescriptions.  We will not accept any returns on opened packages.  To request for a return, please fill out the form on the contact us page.  If approved, unopened products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of invoice date for store credit or a monetary refund.

Q:  Pricing Disclaimer:

A:  Some product’s descriptions may have prices alongside the bottle’s dosage.  Should there be a discrepancy between the price shown alongside the description versus the price shown at the container, the current posted price for the product shown at the container will prevail over the prices at the descriptions.

Also, should there be a price discrepancy between the website’s prices under “Products” and the printed In-Store PDF Catalogue, the prices on the Catalogue will prevail.
